"I never put reviews up but lately I find customer service is non existing anymore. I rang CP Motors with an enquiry only. I rang many other business in the same trade and I was not answered or I was "fobbed off" or diverted to their web-site. So to speak to someone was a great start. He listen, was professional and so helpful and treated me as a potential customer. He returned by calls when he said he would and it was just a pleasent experience compared to others. This is all before I have agreed to any service. If this is their customer service before sales, all I can say is there after sales and during sales must be second to none. thank you"
