"Got great advice on a pair of shoes from who I believe was the store manager. She was very polite young lady. The woman on the till was stocking shelf and couldn't apologise enough when she realised I was at the till. Slightly confused her with my email address but all in all the staff members on the upper floor were spot on."

"At first, I thought it was annoying customers shouting across the store, but it turned out it was the staff. One staff member told me that they were fed up while I was browsing. Another said they couldn’t wait to go home when I was at the till. My Mum was asked if she wanted a carrier bag, she said no but was charged for one anyway. When we left the security alarm went off because there was still a tag on one of our items. I understand mistakes happen but their attitude seemed like they didn’t care or want to be there which lead to bad customer service. The only reason this review isn't one star is because the store was neat and tidy (due to it being basically empty)."

"LOVE River Island style & quality but they always advertise 50% off sale. You rush in but then just have some ugly clothes on a couple of rails. 80% stock not in the sale."
