"Used to be me and my mams local until tonight when the bouncer said she couldn't come and didn't give a reason, we hadn't drank prior and upon badgering him for an answer the man said there was a function and we needed to know the party name to get. Yet when others walked up he let them in without asking them for the name. When I was why they were allowed in he began shouting that he worked there and we didn't. We've never done anything to warrant this behaviour towards us from staff. My mam is heartbroken because she has been going to this pub for over ten years. We never seen this bouncer until tonight. When I asked family who were waiting inside if there was a function they said that not only there a function two of our family members were let in after we left. The bouncer was going to let me in until he saw my mam."
