"Irish traditional Guinness beef stew, flavor was so deep and the meat melted in my mouth with a satisfying chew still, perfectly executed. Fish and chips with pea mash. I am pretty sure the crunchy shiny deep fried fish have ruined all fish and chips for me... We heard the crunch as we cut it up, no soggy part whatsoever... Top, bottom, inside, outside all crispy... How???? fish was fresh and not sure how they do it but the fish flesh was covered by thin layer of mustard allowing the dip to be fully creamy... Soooooo good. Minted pea mash, it is heavenly, perfect texture and mellow pea flavor leaving me wanting more, so much more... that tiny bowl isn't enough... But the star of the dish is the fish so I let it slide. Chips was not crunchy though served it purpose to leave the fish dry. I will fly back to Dublin just to eat at this gem."
"Old style Irish bar. Service is Great and you might get live music for enthusiastic people. Its not a dance place but you can enjoy an evening conversation with group of friends."
"My dad and I stopped by Madigan’s Earl by chance while trekking around. We stopped in for a bite and pint. We were quite tired from our traveling; arrived that morning from the far west side of Canada. The service was fantastic and the food excellent. I had the Irish stew with a side of soda bread. It was very tasty and wholesome after a long day. We enjoyed the beer too and the server was kind enough to have us sample a type we normally wouldn’t have ordered, which we ended up loving. Thank you!"
"Excellent service, perfect pint pour and the beef and Guinness Stew was exactly the right portion, with wonderful flavor and texture. Would absolutely stop in again. My wife had the fish and chips and After borrowing a couple bites, loved that they worked a little dill into the batter."
