"Get a machine that works so you can put in delivery numbers. Staff should notice when the amount of people waiting to pick up in-store deliveries gets above 10 & aim to clear it asap. And get staff who know what to do, that don't tell you that you have the item when clearly you do not/tell you it's not in when you have had the text or email & them bring it out after eventually looking. Poor."

I know there is a pandemic but this was OTT behaviour. Not a pleasant shopping experience and will be in no hurry to return."
