"Bought a teal sofa bed, barely sat on in second room only to last 18 months when cheap metal pressing holding spring sheared off. Under the lovely teal material is cheap rough cut timber, stables and poor workmanship. Called Habitat HQ and no one ever came back. In store was reminded warranty was 12 months. We always bought from Habitat before they went under and was pleased when they returned but it’s not the same and will never buy anything again. Hundreds of £ wasted!"
