"Terrible service. Forgot abouty order and left me waiting more than 20 minutes. They then rushed to make my order and in doing so burned the food"
"Coffee is good. Service is very slow(15 minutes waiting for a cappuccino ) and the main barista seemed unhappy and eager to let customers know she was unhappy. Seemed to get a bit ratty with her coworkers too. Just unpleasant customer experience."
