"1pm on a Sunday and NO FOOD! Staff are lovely and friendly. Very clean too. We were told that food had run out which is laughable at lunchtime. The food when it is there is delicious. The managament should ensure that theres sufficient food throughout the day."

"Very upset with my experience at the Catalyst today. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now. I’d drive up over 20km every week to grab a coffee at this place and always tip very well. The past couple of times I’ve been here the staff would forget to put vanilla syrup in my coffee, which you pay extra for. Today we had to wait 20 minutes for our coffees, turns out the waitress forgot about us after we placed the order. We went inside to ask for our order and were told it’s coming up. A few minutes later a male waiter brought us our coffees basically smashing them on the table. The cups were dirty, wet from spilled espresso as were the trays the coffee was brought in. The coffee dripped all over our table and we couldn’t even pick it up without getting all dirty. Coffee was missing vanilla syrup again. Staff seemed to try and kick everyone out the door early so they can close up and go home early. The shop wasn’t very busy at that time. Sadly I won’t be returning."

"Very busy spot with a nice view. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pastries were tasty (peanut butter cookie and Oreo brownie) with the mocha and chai latte. The waiter was too busy so we had to ask for cutleries and napkins. Also less than 1m between tables."
