"God what a horrific experience, evidently not for me. I went here with a friend and I don't understand if you can afford £100-300 on a t-shirt why on earth you wouldn't go to the original retailer. This shop was drab, dirty and common. The changing rooms had old pine doors and the counter tops were scratched chiped and dirty. The lighting was harsh and there were few mirrors. This is a shop for people who buy labels for the sake of buying labels to show off... Most of the clothing was all about showing off the label. The sad thing is these will be the items the brand's make specifically for this type of person, more expensive not that great quality. I've shopped in many designer stores and if you can afford £100-300 on a t-shirt just go into places like Hugo Boss it's two seconds away, the service is 1000x better and you don't get the feeling you are about to get mugged... Just aweful never again."

"Awful customer service. Maybe the staff are made to work long hours.. a little smile wouldn’t hurt. It’s also important everyone take note of they’re refund policy as the staff won’t mention in regards to no returns accepted. Customer service aren’t great either. Not long till it vanishes and replaced with something else."
