"I am a mature driving instructor for the last 28 years and a riding instructor in this area. My Motorbike transport van broke down recently (big ends gone) and I needed a replacement IMMEDIATELY. I decided to buy a second hand trailer and to then buy a towing vehicle. Obviously, Land Rover came to mind as a towing vehicle and my budget prohibited a new car so I approached Kemp in Wymondham. On Thursday I was shown a possibility and on Friday afternoon I was driving it away. Thank you to all the team at Kemp for getting me back on the road so quick !"
"Called for a maintenance enquiry for my runabout car, where the person on the end of the phone was very rude with no phone etiquette whatsoever. I was categorially told that my car in question is not up to the standard that they look after and secondly when I enquired about potential future maintenance and servicing for my modern Jaguar, again was told that they only maintain and service 4x4's. This is despite that on their website, it is written that they have a fully equipped workshop that offers servicing and repairs to all makes and models of 4×4, cars and light commercial vehicles and being Land Rover specialists which a lot of the technology from the modern versions is shared with Jaguar, that they do not work on Jaguars either. My question is why do they say all this on the their website, when in reality they are not interested. And oh, apparently I called in whilst the person that answered was in the middle of a deal. How inconvenient. Let's hope that you sealed the deal in exchange for what would of been repeat business for the workshop side. It's not a very good impression and if that is the way business is done at John Kemp, you certainly will not be seeing me and I shall certainly not recommend you within the car enthusiast community, which I am actively involved in."
