Escape the Vault - Escape Room

"It was me and my boyfriend’s first time in Brighton so we decided to try the escape rooms. Our host Phaedra was absolutely amazing, so energetic and exciting, she made our experience so lovely and we managed to escape the room with 6 minutes left!!! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a bit of fun within the city."

"We did this room yesterday. There were five of us including a 7 and 11 year old. It was the first escape room any of us had done and I think was a great room to start with. Slightly shorter time of 40 mins, but this suited us with the kids. It was also cheaper than other rooms I had looked at, so the shorter time was reflected in the cheaper price. We all agreed it was a really fun experience and the theming was good. We were all involved in solving some of the clues one way or another and our children loved putting the codes into the locks and finding which keys worked. We did use a few hints just to keep it ticking along so the 7 year old didn’t get bored, but otherwise we would have used some of the time to spend a bit longer working a couple of the puzzles out. The hints were all accessed via the getaway driver on WhatsApp which worked really well with the theme of the experience. It was also useful to have a phone to use the torch on it as the room was quite dark and we needed it to see some of the lock numbers. Overall a really fun experience and we have already agreed we are going to try another escape room sometime soon."

"Visited as part of a group of 4 whilst we we’re in Brighton for a reunion weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Set in a bar/cafe, there was an opportunity to have a few beers before. The host was great and was a massive part of the experience. The room itself was a lot of fun, proper creative, quirky and a real challenge. Would recommend to anyone. Great experience. Will 100% return to do their other escape rooms!"

"Took my partner recently for our first ever escape room experience and we absolutely loved it. The hostess was really lovely and funny, setting the scene and mood for our double adventure. Helping us when she sensed we were stumped and gently nudging us in the right direction. The first room (the vault) was very fun with satisfying puzzles and great for first timers. The second room (the cell) could have been tricky but as we’d just come out of our first room we had our puzzle heads on and flew through. Very enjoyable. Will be recommending it to anyone and everyone who will listen."
