"Have shopped in Matalan for many years but as its now only self service unless you you pay by cash my visits will be greatly reduced. The customers always had to queue due to how busy the store was but now you get shoved up a back corner as if you are an incovieniece with no space to move. When will stores learn customers want to be served not ignored."

"This review is for the relocated Matalan store to the unit previously occupied by Next. I haven't been to a Matalan for years, things have changed a lot. A really nice modern bright store with a huge range of clothing and homewares and now on 2 levels. Prices of stuff is still really competitive. Located in a huge retail park that has lots of free parking and disabled parking available close to the entrance."
