"Aromatherapy full body massage with Chloe was relaxing but treatment room & towels were cold. Everywhere else I've had a massage has always provided a class of water to drink to rehydrate before leaving. Edit: Chloe knew the room was cold as she apologised about it. Not my job to tell you to heat the towels - this has always been done as a matter of course when I’ve had massages elsewhere. Same re drink of water at end of session."
