"Lovely Tudor half timbered pub situated in an attractive picture postcard area of Wymondham. Some say it is late 14th century others mid 15th century. Does have a dragon in it but my photo turned out naff so don't know if it is green. The food looked very appetising, staff welcoming and helpful plus a good range of beers and lagers."

"We visited as a family for a meal on Saturday night. We phoned ahead and booked a table outside. It's busy on a Saturday so must book to avoid disappointment! We were shown to our table and informed we need to order at the bar. This meant being a wait as they only had one card machine and with lots of people wanting to eat and drink the que was going outside. The food was incredible. I had duck rolls to start and Tempura Chicken as my main. The food was a large portion. Delicious sauces with the meal. Very filling. WiFi at the pub which reaches the garden. WiFi code at the bar. We will be back."
