"Reasonably good selection and some good sale deals. Sadly went I went the staff were very unwilling to assist or even point me to the ladies gear. The lady waved her hand and said it’s all in the wall. It wasn’t there were carousels too. I couldn’t find my size and they said that was all there was, no attempt to order or suggest alternatives. When I left they started to shut up, maybe 15 a 20 minutes before closing. Felt very unwelcome and regretted making the trip there specifically as they were open late. I did purchase but won’t be rushing back here."
"Extremely disappointing experience here. Bought item on sale & few days later asked to exchange for different size. Spoke to Manger & he also refused! No compromise given whatsoever. We even offered for them to keep the item & just put some credit towards an item the size we wanted & he still refused. I would not recommend shopping here as the staff & management are totally unreasonable & unfair in their dealings with Customers. We won't be coming back!"
"Girl on the sales country very rude, even before you purchase a item, telling you in a very unfriendly way there is no returns or exchanges. It would not give you the confidence of parting with you money we a sales staff like that."
"Very unhappy I went to regatta as I finally had a break from from college/work. There was a sale on so I bought a jacket. I left the shop for 30mins and returned decided I didnt like they. It was uncomfortable when I was wearing it. So I brought it back and I could only get a credit note. Anyways I carried on to Zara found a lovely coat now I cant get it..... thanks alot Regatta I'm not going back into this shop it doesn't care about customers only money!!"
"Very helpful staff but I've found it hard to find items in my size. The shop is packed full of items so there is plenty of choice you just need to be lucky with sizings. It also seems like there is a permanent sale on here, at least there is one everytime I walk past or go inside."
