"Another amazing pub in Norwich! The atmosphere was amazing, lots of good music, they also have a wonderful selection of drinks for all ages. They have done an amazing collaboration with XO Kitchens. Their food is Asian fusion, with a wide array of flavours and dishes. Today we had: "Aged beef and bone marrow and flatbread with sauce", "Korean Fried Chicken, Asian Mayo with crispy noodles", "Beer Braised Beef, Miso - Sweetcorn Puree with Togara'shi fries", "Lager, Soy and Mackerel Fillet, Katsu Ketchup with Pickled ginger and wakame" All of these were perfectly presentated, with layer on layer of sweet, spicy, or sharp flavours. AMAZING, can't fault it"
