"The building is cold, dull, uninviting and echoes. All the upholstered seats are dirty as people spill things on them. The wooden seats scrape horribly on the tiled floor. Do the Starbucks Management ever wonder why it's too quiet and they never make any money???? Maybe visit and work it out for yourselves."

"Really friendly helpful staff, shop is clean and tidy with plenty of seating. Drinks are always well made and hot. Worth noting that unfortunately the order in advance app does not seem to work for this store."

"Waited nearly 10 mins to be served when there wasn’t even anyone in the store. There was 2 people waiting in drive thru but there was 3 staff. When they did finally serve us, they didn’t have the coffee they was advertising on all their signs. If they don’t have it, they need to put sold out on the menu so I don’t stand there for ages to just walk out when I realise."

"Feel the reviews are fair. My first time here. Wondered if the place was open upon arrival with the amount of weeds coming up through the pavements, dirty exterior menus and fallen down fence. The "No meat breakfast bap" was unavailable at 8.30am and the £4+ white mocha was on the weak side (push button machine)."
