"I’ve been 3 times to this place and it has an incredible selection of delicious teas, a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and helpful (I’m not sure about some of the low reviews on here saying the staff weren’t friendly - this was not my experience on any of the times I was here in October 2022). There were gluten friendly baking options as well! Music was also really pleasant :) Someone on here left a bad review because the toilet was a bit “manky” - but I have yet seen a non-manky toilet in England so far… this one was perfectly fine!"
