"Used Seaways for many years & thought we would order a Chinese tonight. They use Big Foodie as the go between so to speak. So order placed about 7.10pm Delivery 40 mins. Rang at 8.15 said we will cook it now! Rang again at 8.45 to be told its out for delivery. Arrived at 8.55.. Food lukewarm and certainly not worth the wait. They are obviously taking far too many orders & cannot handle or deliver them. This is the 2nd time its happened - Shall not bother again. Order at your own peril!"
