"It's a shame the serco supervisor who is in charge of Costa at the hospital (pod)who was on duty 14.00 20 Jan decided to shout at her staff as if they were feral dogs from her seat at a table instead of going over and talking to them in a respectful and professional manner.....it was done in such a way it obviously seemed normal to her with the staff reacting as if that's the way it is under her supervision"

"Coffee, hot snacks, and sandwiches located next to the bus stops at the NNUH. I found the service reasonably fast and friendly, and I don't think I paid any more for my drink at The Pod than I would in a city centre Costa. The tables were well spaced out and I found the atmosphere relaxing. Although I dare say it gets very busy around lunchtimes."
