"Really miserable staff, one of them had a real unfriendly 'couldn't-care-less' attitude, he made me feel I was a major inconvenience for being there ordering my coffee. His appearance was totally unprofessional too. Then when collecting my drinks the order was wrong, no apologies either. The coffee was weak, the pastry I had tasted stale. I normally love Costa coffee chains but this was a really poor example. Only giving 2 stars because the place was at least clean and tidy."
