"Avoid. Filthy glass. When I complained they said they were all like it and showed me them! I think they missed the point. They then offered me a china cup but no saucer! Girl cleaning the tables was not doing it properly. The armchairs were a bit manky. Staff drippy. Tea, cheap with no flavour."
"The coffee was up to scratch but I was EXTREMELY disappointed by the service. I could see the 2 ladies rushing round and it was blatantly obvious the three young males were enjoying fooling around more than working. The trays are also grubby, not my usual Costa experience."
