"To cluttered and overpriced Celtic jersey when they have them"
"about 2 weeks ago I asked for a pair of shoes in a size 6 the staff member was polite and said yes, I'll get them for you now, will I leave them behind the till?, I said yes thank you, I queued in the long line and once I got to the top, I asked for the shoes, gave the staff member the details and was then informed the shoes were never left up for me , the guy went to see what was wrong when the staff member who originally helped me then informed me that he could only find 1 shoe in the size, I had queued up for nothing, this is not a one off thing it happens quite often, they usually have the wrong price on things and I learned that this is bc they put them on whatever hangers there, a pair of shorts said five euro but they were 12 euro and this happens so often its really annoying and I hope the problem can be fixed."

"Jd sports have to be the worst online retailer. Ordered and paid for trainers only to get email 10 minutes later saying they can't fulfil the order. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. They don't seem to manage there stock very well. A lot of items listed on there site aren't even available."
"While the staff are friendly and overall very helpful I did find that when I asked a floor staff member a simple question on what the return policy was she was unable to answer, which isn't great. However shop layout is good and it easy enough to find what you want or if you can't there is plenty of staff floating to help when one is free. More cahsiers would be great but otherwise a good place to stop by when you need new runners or sports gear!"
