"Shocking - Cheese and Ham toastie made with value white bread and luncheon-meat (not even ham) - everything is served in disposable wrappers/cups and NO Costa app as apparently because they’re a franchise, they don’t have a scanner."

"Girl on till made a not funny joke when i said can I have a flat white and what ever my friend is having ... she replied that's helpful lol with a smile ... which I thought was barefaced rude .... I said that's rude and she apologised but frankly it seemed insincere and rehearsed ... and said for her own benefit not mine. This isn't the first time I've had problems with the staff in here being rude or having poor customer service skills"

"First time visit yesterday , ordered the latest toblerone coffee that looked delicious on the photo , got served something that resembled a flat white , took it back and asked for the cream etc , got cream but no sprinkles etc , when I spend nearly £4 on a coffee I do expect it to look like the one on the menu board , disappointing, plus don't accept the app which I find odd."

"Slow , didn’t purge steam wand when steaming the milk so leftover milk residue went into my coffee, THEY DONT TAKE COSTA APP. Went in thinking we could use 2 free drinks however you cannot."
