"They still seem to be operating some sort of covid 'one in, one out' system, which resulted in a long queue outside. There was no differentiation in the queue about whether you wanted to sit in/have food/take-away. All we wanted was a quick take away coffee. It would make more sense to have a coffee hatch for take outs, or at least separate queues. The coffee itself was nice, although expensive at £3 for a small coffee. They also didn't have any lids for take out coffee. Overall, not great for a quick take away coffee. Can't comment on the food."

"Why does it have to take soon long to get a coffee surely it would make more sense to have separate queues for food and drinks and everyone is a winner quicker service for all and potentially more customers. We waited 30 minutes (only 10 people in front of us)in that time saw at least 8 people join the queue then leave in frustration."

"Nice place for lunch. When the sun is shining it is lovely to sit outside. Noisy inside. Very friendly staff."

"The food here is really decent and adequately priced. You can get a cheese bap for £2.50. I had a fish finger bap for £5.50 which, while it feels a tad expensive, was TOTALLY worth every penny. Incredibly delicious fresh food. The only reason this got 3 stars is purely because of the weird queuing system. There is a staff member insisting you wait outside until they usher you in to place your order. You can't sit anywhere until you order, and then someone comes near where your sitting and shouts your name to give you your order. This system is representative of a really weird sense of oppression throughout the cafe. There are signs everywhere telling you what you can and can't do. No entry here, no ball games there, exit this way, order inside before sitting, dont queue round the corner. There was even a sign saying that I could not sit on a certain side of a bench. So, in summary, brilliant food but you have to enjoy it in a restrictive environment."

"Really friendly, sunny, park-based cafe serving excellent eggs. We stopped by near the beginning of a cross-country drive and found it easy to park on-street by the park. Fresh flowers on every table, *super* dog friendly, and left us with a smile. We will definitely be back, even though we live 150 miles away!"
