"Last week I brought back shoes & slippers that I purchased in store also some online orders. A staff member was dealing with me at the cash desk, she managed to get one return done before another staff member, who I now know was the assistant manager, came over to her and requested her to do the remaining returns in the back of the shop. So that was me pushed aside away from the cash desk with my returns. So not only did that happen but the same assistant manager, then goes into the back of the shop and said to girl that was dealing with me " I know your are doing returns but I need you on the shop floor " The girl said to me " that she will be back to me as soon as she can " This should have never happened as the girl was already dealing with me a customer to be taken away to deal with other customers. This is very poor management. So to the assisant manager of Pavers Blanchardstown, you really need to improve your management skills."
