"Fantastic service, friendly staff, very accommodating, happy to help create what design you would like and always busy! I have been going to this nail place for over a year now and would happily travel further to visit. I have never been let down by the outcome. Always happy to advise on nail health and designs. They also have an amazing range of colours to choose from. They will take extra care and time if you aren't happy with something and want it changed. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. They take bookings however I have never needed to book, even when super busy they have said come back in an hour or so. Its lovely talking to the staff and other customers, watching them all at work creating wonderful nails. Highly recommend!"

Was booked in for acrylic infills, was changed to gel after the technician explained the difference and benefits,price change communicated well also so no hidden price adjustments at end. Kept checking I was happy with nails and numerous stages so could achieve what I wanted. Friendly staff,offered refreshments,felt welcomed and not rushed at all. Very fairly priced.Definitely recommend!"

"I usually get a shellac polish and manicure but had 3 cracks painfully low down at the sides of two nails. I wasn't sure if anything could be done to save my nails which had reached a pleasing length. I went in without an appointment and was seen straight away. I asked what they recommended to keep the nail length, the manicurist (Tony) suggested having a thin layer of acrylic applied to the two cracked nails and gel build up on the rest. The result was really natural looking and didn't look bulky or artificial at all. After he had applied the build up, shaped the nails and trimmed my cuticles (my favourite part) I had a gorgeous champagne glitter shellac polish that twinkles spectacularly. Overall I had a really good experience the result was great and I will definitely not be cutting my nails short when I get a split ever again!!!!"

"I’ve had some bad experiences at nail places before so I always get a bit anxious booking at a new place but everyone here was so lovely! Nails were exactly what I asked for, reasonably priced and all staff members were lovely and made me feel comfortable. Even got offered a tea or coffee! Booked based off of Google reviews and I would recommend to others in the area. Very central in to the Beacon too. Thank you!"
