"When I rang I asked for appointments for two people, they said this was fine. When we turned up, the appointment was only written down for one person. I had my nails done here just over 2 weeks ago and they were ok. I've had my nails done here again today but my right hand nails are longer than my left. The application was painful as the nail got stuck to the skin on the tip of my little finger. The lady tugged and pulled to get it off but it wouldn't budge so she tried to cover over the top of it. I said "sorry, could you just do this one again please." She then managed to get it off. Although my nails were rushed and painful, I was still charged full price. Bit disappointed."
