"The staff lack manners and come across nonchalant and extremely rude. Me and my daughter went in today. I wanted gel and my daughter wanted acrylic and gel. We made it clear when booking and in the salon too. But the young girl who was doing my daughters nails just forgot to put acrylic ( first time for my daughter so she didn’t know what to expect). I brought it to their attention once I realised . Young girl was just looking at me, no response!! . The guy who did my nails, got very defensive v quickly saying “it’s too late now!!” The way they talk to you as if you are a child! No please, no thank you, no sorry!! The manicure is all bumpy, uneven and he didn’t put enough layers. Won’t be going there again. Do not recommend at all."

"Probably the best pedicure ever !? Thankyou to staff at Polished for an excellent job on my Toes so I didn’t have to re visit the podiatrist !! Careful and precise handling of my flaky soles and bumpy toenails ! A male staff member - went out of their way to create perfect finish- v clean place, relaxing massage all round perfect !! Will be back !"
