Totally ruined my plans for the day and consequently cancelled another pre paid booking for the weekend as I’m totally let down!! "Probably the worst hairdresser experience in Brighton. I can't understand how this service has nearly 5 stars. When I arrived to my appointment there were two other people booked in at the same slot, telling me he doesn't have my appointment. I had to wait for over an hour as I booked through Treatwell and paid in advance. The salon was absolutely disgusting. Hair, food and dust everywhere. Really untidy and disorganised. He used the same brush that was used on the previous customer on me without sanitising it, the sink where he washed my hair was filled with hair and dust. He would often leave to get coffee or the see who's fighting outside of the salon. I just can't recommend it to anyone ! Whatever you do, don't get your hair done here."

"I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I've received from this Salon. I booked through Treatwell a day ahead of the appointment, but on arrival at the salon, was told Marc was on his way back from York and wouldn't be able to make it. I asked for an appointment the following day but was told this wasn't possible. The booking on Treatwell has not been cancelled by the salon so I have not had a refund. I have tried calling the salon dozens of times in the 3 days since and have not been able to get through. I have left a message and had no response. This salon has taken my money and obviously feels no obligation to communicate with it's customers or apologise for the inconvenience, let alone give back my money."

"Best hairdresser by far in Brighton And Hove. Scott does deserve all credit. I completely recommend my hairdresser of 9 years... Scott and his Salon both pure class, stylish, comfortable and extremely friendly, the best bit is you can ask for any different hair style from funky to classic and colours you desire with his talent and experience you will leave Scotts Salon feeling confident and looking like a movie star every time. From the moment you walk in the salon the Vibe and music is brilliant. My hair is Amazing every time the colours, treatment, cut, style, blow dry and Scott's perfection to detail is outstanding.
