"I have been removed from their NHS list for not making an appointment for more than 2 years. They should be thanking me for not attending during Covid, when I have no problems with my teeth and only need a check up. That is common sense. And over the years, check ups have been reduced to a cursory 90 seconds, which I feel is of more benefit to the dentist than to the patient."
