"Ignore previous bad reviews this is one of the best places for coffee, snacks etc in central Swansea. Always busy, very efficiently run and food looks fresh with a varied selection. Also 5 star hygiene rating and friendly staff, highly recommended."
"Disappointed to say the least (Twice) If you want to buy a book this is the place to go, however if you want a coffee in the upstairs cafe don't waste your time. Went with my good lady a few months ago and the gentleman behind the counter took our order and 30 minutes later we had our coffee and tea...no food had been ordered, Last week we went again and before i had even placed my order the flustered young lady behind the counter said directly to me that if i wanted to place an order she couldn't take it for at least 30minutes as she was too busy. We walked away followed by 3 other couples. This is not the way to run a business. I will add that on both occasions they had been on their own to serve and make the orders."
