"Stayed for one night as had to be up and about in Shoreham early in the morning. 10/10 service, thank you for being so friendly and understanding when we unfortunately checked in quite late. A very comfy bed and good night’s sleep, bathroom could benefit from a spruce up, but ultimately, for the price we paid and the location, we were absolutely thrilled, so thank you!"

"Really friendly and helpful staff. We were made very welcome. Evening meal was home made and wholesome. Stayed over for a gig there by a friend. Good atmosphere. Room was spacious and well equipped if a little dated in its decor. Free parking close by and great location for exploring the town which has lots to offer."

"Charged 110 pounds for a very cold room and no breakfast. Was told 'We're not doing breakfasts at the moment ' thoroughly disappointed as we've stayed there before and had good service. Needless to say we won't be staying there again"
