"I ordered beef steak on Sunday 26/03/2023 to be delivered, I was tracking the rider through the app uber eats and even waiting over an hour the rider didn't go to the restaurant to collect my order to be delivered. I contacted uber eats customer support which suggested to cancel my order and now it's claiming that can't refund the amount paid even knowing that it was not my fault that rider didn't collect my order and I cancelled because I couldn't wait longer at home to receive my order. I will never use uber eats again and I will never order from the restaurant benvindo in Dublin, I also will not recommend to anyone."
