"Waiting over one hour for food, when I called to ask what was happening was told it was on the way. After two hours was told my order had gone missing and they would only be cooking it at that point. This is not the first time an order has gone missing. I requested a refund, their policy is not to issue them unless I cancel the order. Will not be ordering again."
"Lovely food, was back there tonight with my 2 boys, food was amazing , was served by a lovely lady and nothing was to much for her, unlike last visit where I was served by young lad that has been there years but hasn't got the personality of a pea , rude, no sense of customer service. Hopefully he is gone and this lady is there for good, well done to all there tonight, I will be back but won't wanting to be served by the young robot"
