I spoke to one of the team over the phone and he was so helpful, I ordered the new unit over the phone and they even managed to deliver it to us that same afternoon! No sooner had we arrived home than a telephone call said would deliver today - arrived at 17:10 All fitted and working. Fantastic service. That is why we always try to shop locally.
