"I ordered at 6.20 with an estimated delivery time between 7:15 and 7:35, at 7:45 there was still no sign so I called the restaurant and was told that food was with the driver, half hour later there was still no food. Almost 2 hours after ordering the food I was told that it had been delivered and handed to me at the door which wasn't the case at all, but the food had been left on the door step in the lashing rain with not even a knock at the door, the food was inedible due to the cold and the rain so I rang to complain about this was told I'd be sent out fresh food which took a further hour and a bit. In total I waited just over 3 hours for a restaurant that's a 15 minute walk to my house to deliver at first cold, wet and soggy food and then food that was lukewarm and the girl I was dealing with on the phone was as rude as anything, definitely will not be ordering again."
