"I've been ordering from Lemon Tree for years and the food is consistently excellent, with speedy delivery times. Fresh, high- quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Their fillet of beef is particularly delicious. Furthermore, they also accommodate small changes from the menu, and the guy who takes the orders is always very pleasant and helpful. "Ordered through just eat and on first bite my little sister told me something tasted funny and she spit out a staple. A staple. In her shredded chicken. Everyone be careful especially with little children. I dread to think what could have happened if she had of swallowed the staple. Awful customer service when I rang to explain what happened, not even a sorry was said. Had to then get onto just eat to get refund which took time out of my day. Just eat told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to contact restaurant however this is difficult to do when phone lines are busy, they have no up to date social media accounts and no email address on their website. Posting here as it was my only option and waiting for lemon tree to get in contact with me. Be careful everyone."
