"Went in for a few pints..with my partner and daughter 30.11.22..about 2 o'clock. Great barman joe 72 years of age ..lovly time...but the thug who took over couldn't have been more rude if he tried...sat around seemed drunk while bar was unattended...would luv to go back and have a laugh with joe. but that thug made my mind up never again....nice meeting you joe....the other fella really is the worst I've ever experienced and the foul language..from him"

"Came because of the good reviews but maybe we came on a bad day. Had the food and cocktails meal deal. Got Chicken wings for starters they were rock solid and very very lightly seasoned, was finished my starter by time we got our drinks, then for main had chicken goujons with pepper sauce and chips. Goujons were tasteless and pepper sauce was very creamy, best part was the chips, it wasn't too busy up stairs but the staff that were on couldn't seem to handle the four or five tables of groups. drinks service was very slow, and the cocktails are really just juice, it's definitely not worth the money. Used to really like this place but defo won't be back anytime soon."
