"It wasn't ready at allocated start time of 4pm due to staff sickness. Had to sit and wait in queue for 25 minutes. Then 4 items, including our Sunday roast chicken were not available with no substitution so had to go to the Co-op and buy them there. However, the staff were very apologetic and helpful."
