I've always had numb feet when running and never thought it was due to the shoe size or shoe type. Always thought something was wrong with my feet or maybe the way I was running. "Just brought a lovely new pair of trail running trainers. Couldn't be happier with the service and selection in the shop. I tried on at least six pairs of different trainers before selecting the pair I wanted.
