"Terrible customer service asking a staff member about some kids shoes (who was stood in the shoe section) just to be given the answer of “I don’t work with shoes find someone who does” and they then walk off. When I find one of only two people that were working in the busiest part of the store they were clearly had too many people to deal with so I gave up trying to buy anything from there."

"What a bunch of scammers! Took an item into the store to be refunded (have done this in the past) and was told that they 'don't give refunds anymore' you have to post it back to them. At your own expense - great. This is clearly so they can hang onto your money for longer, earning interest on it. I will never ever buy from this unethical company again."

"A scam. I wanted to return some items that were completely unused and that were purchased three days ago. I was told that I could only get an exchange or a credit note. I asked why a refund was not possible and the rude member of staff at the counter claimed it was part of the ‘policy’. In other words, this ‘policy’ is simply a way to scam customers. Clearly there is no regard for customer service nor rights by staff members and management. Avoid! There are far better alternatives out there that provide customer refunds, which I expected to be a universal bare minimum but apparently not."
