"Poor poor poor service!!! Only one person on the first floor, the lady was so busy that she could hardly get an order right. The guy manning the till was so rude, he had a 'bad arse attitude' he implied I was not telling him the truth about the shoes I was buying, I was left to feel like a thief!!! Outrageous. Not sure it is the image a massive company like JD's want to project. That guy would definitely benefit from a customer service training."

"Only downside are the prices, but after all it's all worth it. Quality clothing, nice and sporty products. Went there once and spent about £170 for 4 items. Doesn't matter, because I think that it's well spent. Will definitely buy again from that place."
