"Do not waste your money. Food never arrived even though it was ordered one and half hours earlier. No apology and in general staff did not understand nor could speak English."

"Overpriced and not the best. Had a greasy portion of chips that somehow managed to be dry inside at the same time. Kudos to the chef for that bit of genuis. And a chicken kebab wrap thingy that was absolutely dripping with grease and resulted in a rather dicky stomach a few hours later. And the milkshakes, £5.50 for a milkshake? Are you having a giggle. It wasn't even blended properly with lovely lumps of chocolate bar at the bottom of the cup. What a rip off."

"Amazing food, but don't expect it to arrive within an hour and a half. You'll maybe get your order in just under two hours, so if you want something quick this isn't for you. Ringing them to get an update on when the order will arrive doesn't really help as you typically get rushed off the phone without an answer. However, the food is definitely worth the wait (so long as they don't forget the drinks). Edit to add: when we do have problems, such as missing items. They have always jumped to fix the problem. They're a little stingy with the salt and vinegar, so we always ask for extra."
