"We are locals who order from here often and although the prices for portion size are decent, they are almost guaranteed to get your order wrong. After 3 years of giving them the benefit of the doubt, they still haven't managed to get our order right twice in a row...It's such a shame because they always try to correct the issue when it's wrong but it takes them over an hour just to deliver the chips they forgot to provide that you already paid for.....also their delivery times take ages, far longer than an hour. We've waited nearly 2 hours before and we literally live up the road from them. Would only order as a last option now - Expect a long wait and missing food."

"The food when it arrives is alright........I order via the app and requested the items are wrapped separately to encourage the freshness of each item. However, with the exception of the fries all the items were packed together and were a soggy mess. The fries escaped this because they were not delivered.......To be fair I called and explained the problem and I received another delivery within 15 mins but all the items were still packed together but I had a portion of fries....... Despite this I'll give it another go and will edit my review accordingly."
