"The woman who answered the phone to me was very courteous and polite, so 5 stars for customer service. However, the food was very expensive for poor quality, it took exceptionally long to prepare on Deliveroo, there were several items missing from the order when it did arrive, and because it took so long the food was cold on arrival. I also found a large lump of solid pasta in one of my dishes, as if someone had just moulded a ball of pasta and cooked it. I'm not one to normally complain, but for the high prices of the orders, you would expect the outcome to be better"
