"Rock solid pancakes was a massive let down, very disappointed as it was a treat before a hard day's work. I couldn't cut them with the cutlery provided nor could I year the edge it was like rock, the middle pulled out and was just about edible. Didn't have time to go in to complain due to a tight schedule. Very poor performance!"

"This is McDonald's so you pretty much know what you are going to get. I've given three stars because service on the day I visited was very slow and no explanation was given. Just a short explanation such as 'Sorry for the delay, we're training new staff today' or 'Lots of people can't get here today' would probably make those queueing less grumpy."
