"Went in to collect an ordered pizza. The person that is ment to be front of house is on her phone, drinking a coke. Waited 10 minutes to be asked if I was ok. My pizza, now cold btw. Had been sitting on the counter in a delivery bag the whole time. The pizza is actually great. The customer service is non-existent."
