"Camile fried chicken from the specials board is not good at all. “Tender chicken pieces”; what I received was not tender at all, was like rubber and I don’t know what part of the chicken this meat was from. It certainly was not breast meat. Very disappointing. I got TWO prawns in the Camile special fried rice. Also, I ordered for delivery to arrive at 5pm…arrived at 4.30pm. Come on Camile, do better."

"I'm hovering between 2 & 3 stars. Our takeaway this evening was disappointing, especially for the price. This is way too expensive for the portions and the quality. The rice was very dry, a duck dish was mostly greasy duck skin, two vegan dishes were just okay. The noodle dish was mostly limp chopped up flat rice noodles (almost felt like end of day leftovers) with very little flavour and tofu that was a greasy sponge. The other dish with vegan chicken was way oversalted with very little aromatic flavour - a few limp basil leaves and just SALT as the main flavour in the sauce, and over-toasted cashews. Also something gritty in the stir-fry, and a few extremely tough pieces of something inedible and bitter. I also got two bites of cabbage that tasted off. Green curry was fine but nothing special. Egg-fried rice was just dry jasmine rice with tiny specks of egg. Overall it was disappointing for an expensive takeaway that was supposed to be a treat."

"Usually, I don‘t do this, but we just made such a bad experience in the Shankill Camile that we simply cannot let this go… In short: We placed an order online over X-mas after we had called their line to see if they were open. As the machine confirmed we can go ahead and place the order online (due to all lines being busy), we did so and ordered for collection, with being charged ofc. We were quite disappointed when we stood in front of closed doors later on (after we received the notification that the food would be ready for collection). Today, two days later, we went there to claim a refund, only to be treated with arrogance and rejection by the manager. Not only did he not apologize for their obvious mistake (not switching off the order system over X-mas), let alone offered us a complementary voucher or anything, no no… He seemed not interested, nor motivated to make up for our unfortunate experience. Also, he openly admitted that we were not the only ones affected by the incident, but in a pool of six… Why the heck did they not proactively refund these 6 customers after they had noticed their mistake? We would consider this shady at best. The outcome was an unmotivated promise by the manager to initiate a refund, but a slow one… due to the banks processing delays after X-mas. Well, a tip from us: Why not consider a cash refund in this case, and take the opportunity to make up for a mistake with affected customers who even made the efforts to drop by in person? Not losing money they have no right to keep? Well, for sure, they lost us as customers."

"Ordered at 18.41. Was told food would be here at 19.26. Rang at 19.50 to be told food was with driver would be 10/15 mins. Food arrives and it freezing. Ordered from there on the weekend too and was late again and cold. This will be the last time. Absolute disgrace"

"Ordered for collection and when I got home I saw the order was wrong. I phoned back and they apologised and said they would arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Phoned back on two more occasions and was told 'it's on the way". 2 hours later and still no sign. Spoke with the manager and he didn't really seen to care. Awful service, won't be ordering from here again."
