"I generally order Atleast 1-2 times a week as my family really enjoy the food in this restaurant but after the “customer service” I have received this evening I will never order from them again. I received a phone call from a member of staff after I had ordered on just eat, regarding my request to add seasoning to my meal deal which I have always requested, she stated that “this could be done at extra charge“ and I said “okay that’s fine, that’s new you’ve never done that before” in which she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that they have always charged and continued to repeat herself and wouldn’t let me speak To then I asked “are you calling me a liar? I have no problem paying the money but it’s never been charged before “ and she replied repeating herself again and said “whatever you think”, I then made her aware I was not happy with the way she spoke to me and that I will pay the extra this time but will not be ordering again due to the way I had been spoken to on the phone. She then hung up the phone on me… I then rang back and told her that “I would like my order refunded and that I was not happy with the way I was being treated and that she hung up the phone”, she then said she had other customers to deal with and that she hasn’t got time to speak to me Now I honestly had no problem at all paying any extra at all which is what I had said but there was no need for the way I spoken to and treated on that phone call, to be told she had no time to speak to me when we easily spend approx €100 a week in the takeaway. I’m honestly appalled Such a shame for a restaurant which has such lovely food to be spoiled by such bad attitude."

"Placed an order hear for delivery. food came and it was freezing cold rang them back your one on the phone tried to say there was no way that it wasnt and was so rude to me also told me nothing can be done I spent over 30€ i also rang back a second time to speak to a manager and she was the manager such bad mannered people... don't get me wrong the girl that delivered the food was so nice 100%"

"I bought it for delivery and I will never order it again. Very oily rice, very oily prawns, the taste was reasonable, things that claimed to be included in the dish (egg) came very little compared to other Asian restaurants, and worst of all, I ordered chips and came what is in the photo that I don't even know what it is, it just tastes like oil."
